Return Policy & Warranty Information

One Year Warranty - Canadian Tarpaulin warrants to the first retail purchaser ("Owner") the workmanship of the product and guarantees that the product is free from defects at the date of shipment from the Company's premises.  For a period of one year from the date of purchase by the Owner, Canadian Tarpaulin will, at its option, repair or replace any defective product without charge for parts or labour.  This warranty applies if the defects of the product are not the results of misuse, alteration, or negligence by the Owner.  In no event shall the Owner be entitled to recover incidental, special or consequential damages nor shall damages exceed the original cost to the Owner of the product.
